Kamolar Consult LLC
Privacy Policy
Effective October 27, 2026
1. Who we are
Kamolar Consult LLC, a Texas limited liability company, operates Kamolar Leads at kamolar.com. We provide marketing and lead acquisition services to law firms, not legal representation. This policy describes information collected through this website and our inquiry and lead-delivery practices.
2. Information we collect
When you contact us, we collect the information you provide, including name, work email, telephone number, firm name, website, delivery preferences, monthly case volume, budget, messages, and any communication consent you select. Please do not submit medical records, confidential case files, or other sensitive claimant information through our business inquiry forms.
Our website and service providers may collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referral source, timestamps, and interactions. Cookies and similar technologies may support analytics, security, and visitor attribution.
3. Website visitor analytics and tracking
We use Origami website visitor analytics and company-level visitor identification to understand website traffic, attribute visits to businesses where possible, and inform business outreach. Its script may process technical identifiers, usage activity, and information associated with a visitor’s company. Company-level identification does not mean every visitor is personally identified.
You can manage cookies through your browser, delete stored cookies, or use browser tracking protections. These choices may not prevent all server-side or company-level analytics. Contact info@kamolar.com with questions or requests about tracking and related information. We do not treat a browser’s Do Not Track signal as a guaranteed opt-out mechanism.
4. How we use and share information
We use information to respond to inquiries, assess campaign fit, arrange calls, deliver services, maintain records, prevent fraud and duplicate deliveries, and improve our website. Business inquiry forms are processed through FormSubmit and sent to info@kamolar.com. Service providers may process information for hosting, analytics, email, communications, scheduling, and campaign operations. If a CRM or scheduling integration is enabled, it processes information provided to that integration.
Qualified claimant information is delivered to the designated partner firm under the applicable consent and service agreement. We do not resell the same exclusive lead to multiple firms. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a business transfer. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing; providers supporting our messaging services may process them for that purpose.
5. TCPA and communication consent
Our business inquiry forms provide a separate, optional, unchecked SMS/MMS consent box identifying Kamolar Consult LLC. Submitting an inquiry without selecting it does not authorize marketing text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services. When you opt in, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, or contact info@kamolar.com. A withdrawal does not affect communications already sent or records we must retain.
Campaign contact practices must comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other applicable calling, texting, do-not-call, and privacy rules. Partner firms must review the actual consent language, permitted recipients, contact methods, and restrictions before contacting any lead. A certificate or lead purchase alone does not authorize every type of contact.
6. TrustedForm and claimant consent records
Our lead-acquisition practices use TrustedForm consent documentation for campaign leads. Depending on the originating campaign, a consent certificate may record the source page, disclosure, timestamp, and interaction evidence. Certificates and associated consent records are supplied or retained as agreed with the receiving firm. TrustedForm is evidence of the form interaction, not a guarantee of legal compliance or claim eligibility.
The business partnership inquiry form on this website is separate from claimant campaign forms and does not itself capture a TrustedForm certificate. It records the SMS consent selection with the submitted inquiry. Partner firms are responsible for verifying that campaign consent supports their intended outreach.
7. Retention, security, and your choices
We retain information as reasonably needed for inquiries, service delivery, consent documentation, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Retention depends on the record type and applicable requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or information about our processing by emailing info@kamolar.com. We may verify your identity and retain information where legally permitted or required. Rights and available exceptions depend on applicable law. You can unsubscribe from promotional email and withdraw messaging consent without ending unrelated business communications.
8. Other sites, minors, and updates
Third-party websites and embedded services have their own privacy policies. Our business website is intended for adults and professional users; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. We may update this policy and will revise the effective date. Questions may be sent to info@kamolar.com.
